My name is Zara and I am 13 years old. I am doing a fundraiser to help a family who has suffered an unimaginable tragedy. In a devastating accident, a mother and her two children were severely burned. She was also pregnant at the time, and heartbreakingly, the baby passed away one day after the accident. In the same incident, the children lost their father, who was the family’s only source of support. The mother’s hands are critically injured, with three areas badly burned, and doctors have said she urgently needs surgery within one month to prevent permanent disability. The family has no financial support and cannot afford the medical costs.
