Help Tara Fight Bone TB and Save Her Leg

Hi everyone, my name is Norie, and I’m starting this fundraiser for my brave little niece, Tara, who is currently fighting one of the toughest battles a child can face — Bone Tuberculosis (TB of the bones).

Her Story

It all began in 2024 when Tara’s foot suddenly became swollen, and she started running a high fever. We didn’t know what was wrong. As months passed, she suffered from recurring pain and attacks — especially in November — until we had no choice but to bring her to the hospital.

After several tests and an X-ray, doctors found that her bone structure was weakening rapidly — and in January 2025, she was finally diagnosed with Bone Tuberculosis. Despite different medications and antibiotics, her condition wasn’t improving — the infection was already deep in her bones.

Just this April, she underwent an emergency MRI, and the results devastated us:

Some parts of her bones are already dead, and if we don’t act now, things will only get worse.

What She Needs

Doctors have advised us to admit Tara immediately for urgent surgery. She needs to have 3 steel plates inserted to support and save her leg from further damage.

This is her only chance to walk again — to grow up pain-free, and live the life every child deserves.
