Help sweet senior get medical care

Yesterday I invited a senior pitbull who was surrendered to a city shelter into my home as a foster. Upon getting her, I realized she needs medical care to address some skin and ear issues. Her skin is itchy and her paws, ears, and joints are raw. This sweet momma dog is 12-14 years old and deserves the best quality of life for whatever time she has left on this earth. Despite her condition, she is loving and friendly to everyone she meets.
