Help support Lynn Egizi-Finkbohner's medical expenses

Hello everyone, my name is Sheena. I am organizing a fundraiser for my friend and longtime co-worker Lynn Egizi-Finkbohner, who was involved and seriously injured in a head on motor vehicle crash outside of Steamboat Springs, CO. on her way home from work at Pioneers Medical Center in Meeker, CO. around 10:30pm on May 2nd. Lynn was taken to UC Health in Steamboat Springs, CO. from where she was transferred that night to Loveland CO. and is currently in the ICU in critical condition. Lynn sustained many major injuries from this accident. Lynn has already had one surgery and her providers are planning for more in the coming week(s). Lynn is a long time RN (Registered Nurse) and resident of Steamboat Springs CO. She has a grown daughter, Sydney, who is by her side at the hospital right now. Lynn is looking at many struggles and a lengthy recovery from this accident. In the coming time, she will need much help financially and emotionally from her friends, family, and our local communities.

Lynn comes in a small package, but if you have ever met her, you know she is as tenacious as they come. She is a passionate nurse who has cared for many over her extensive professional nursing career in Northwest Colorado. She works as an RN in multiple healthcare facilities caring for patients in Routt, Moffat, and Rio Blanco counties. She also works at Hayden Airport Steamboat Springs, Colorado in the wintertime as a booking agent to support her passion for culture and traveling the globe.

Lynn has an immense love for her grown daughter Sydney and talks about her often to friends and co-workers. Before this accident, Lynn was enthusiastic and proud to be part of the planning for Sydney's upcoming marriage later this summer. Lynn loves to travel and always has plans to go somewhere, this is something I have grown to know about her over the years. You will never find her without a plan! She is one of the most dedicated and dependable co-workers you could ever hope to work with.

Lynn has spent many years as a nurse caring for people in our local counties and now, she needs all of us to show our support for her during this challenging time.
