Hi everyone,

On Sunday 7th September, Catherine started her hoilday to Mallorca with her five children and grandchild.

She never got to start her holiday.

Catherine took seriously ill on the flight over. She was quickly diagnosed with sepsis and her organs started to fail. She was taken to ICU, where she remains after surgery.

Over the last couple of days she has started to make a slow recovery.

We don't know when she will be discharged from hospital, how long her recovery will be or what the next few months will hold.

A lot of people have contacted her family asking how they can help her and the children at this time.

Any amount donated with be hugely appreciated and go towards her family staying with her in Mallorca until she has recovered enough to fly home and help towards the coming months of her recovery.
