Help Stop Michigan's Flavored Vape Ban!!!

On October 15, 2019 our company was successful in securing an Injunction against the State of Michigan and the Governor to stop an Emergency Order that banned flavored vapor nicotine products in Michigan.  We won!  However,  four hours later the Governor of Michigan announced she was appealing to the Michigan Supreme Court.

We are in need of financial assistance to keep this legal fight going among everyone who believes vaping is a better option than smoking combustible tobacco.  We are working with a fantastic team of attorneys and are confident we can win this fight, but it's going to take more resources than our company can provide. Thanks for your consideration to help.
