Help our LGBTQA refugees brothers in Kakuma, Kenya
Donation protected
Dear friends,
we are part of the LGBTIQ community from the Kakuma refugee camp in northern Turkana, Kenya. Unfortunately this camp is a hostile environment for us, with deadly regular attacks and seriuos injuries inflicted upon us.
We need to leave this camp soon and go to another place where we might find better conditions and better chances to be finally ressettled in some western countries who accept our behaviours without criminalizing us. We desperately need your help in order to survive and thrive in this situation.
We are raising €6000 for LGBTIQ people still in Kakuma refugee camp to cover the costs of food, medication, other basic necessities and the difficult trip to another country . Any sum you donate will make a real difference in our lives, helping us to survive and stay healthy in this difficult environment.
We also ask for your support in advocating for us, so that we can be resettled in a safe place where we can live without fear of persecution. Your voice can make a real difference in securing a better future for us.
Any amount, no matter how small, will make a real difference in our lives.
Thank you for your support and compassion.
Sincerely
The LGBTIQ community in Kakuma.
