Help Shane with needed medical care

Dear family and friends, I am reaching out to let you know that my brother Shane became suddenly and gravely ill a few weeks ago. He is in the hospital and his prognosis is poor. We need your prayers and your help.
The doctors are asking us to consider taking him home soon so he can be surrounded by family and friends. He will require 24 hour care which we cannot afford and that is his only real chance of survival. Those of you who know him know Shane is the most loving and selfless man who would never ask for help. He is an amazing father (of a 4 year old), son, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend.
