Help Send Mckenzie to the Pan Am Qualifiers

Mckenzie Wright is a 3X National Boxing Champion. She has been boxing for 15 years and is dominating the national circuit.

Mckenzie has won her place on the 2023 National team in the 50kg Olympic weight category with the goal of representing Canada at the Pan American Games in 2023, and eventually the Paris 2024 Olympics. Her next step to qualify is competing at the Pan American qualifying tournament in Cali, Columbia in August. McKenzie is ready to take on this challenge and needs our support!

To maintain the required level of training, competitions, and standing, athletes incur an exorbitant amount of financial costs. All the expenses on her Road to the Pan Am Games are self-funded. With the lack of funding from the government of Canada and Sport Canada athletes like McKenzie need to find their own funding/partnerships. All the funds raised will go towards costs of travel, accommodations, meals, and other match/event-related expenses such as training camps. On top of training twice per day to compete at the highest level of boxing, Mckenzie is a full-time nursing student and needs support to reach her highest potential.
