On May 24th, when the drums echo through the Mission District, we want every dancer who trained for months to step onto that parade route — together.
Sambaxé is raising $7,000 to participate in the San Francisco Carnaval Parade and ensure no one is left out due to financial hardship.
Your support helps cover:
- Parade and sound expenses
- Scholarships for youth
- Financial assistance for adult members
We’re a grassroots dance family committed to keeping Brazilian culture alive and accessible in our community.
After winning 1st place in the Brazilian category (2022 & 2023) and 2nd place overall in 2024, we’re ready to bring even more power and Axé this year.
Every dollar helps a dancer take the street.
Donate, share, and come cheer us on May 24th.
With love and Axé,
Sambaxé
