Help Robin Morey Fight Bone Cancer

We are reaching out today in lieu of recent, heartwrenching news. On October 22, 2021, Robin was diagnosed with chondrosarcoma, an aggressive type of primary bone cancer. It came as a shock for all, but Robin has remained ever strong and positive, continuing to be the beacon of hope she has always been. Anyone who knows Robin Morey, knows she is a giver and always quick to help others in any way she can, without ever asking for, or expecting, anything in return. Now she needs our help and support.

Needless to say, this diagnosis has turned Robin's world upside down. With Robin no longer able to work, and needing her husband, Steve, home with her, they have had to shut down their business. This has added a massive amount of extra stress onto an already devastating situation. Robin and Steve are currently living in Ucluelet, BC, a five hour trip from where treatment will be taking place in Vancouver. They have needed to purchase a more reliable vehicle to make the back and forth trip; travel and accommodation expenses are still a looming hardship.

Robin's greatest desire during this time, is to get her family all together. Her oldest daughter lives on the other side of Vancouver Island. Her youngest daughter and four young grandchildren (one of which she has never yet even held) live in Alberta. There is nothing they want more than to be together during this time, to give Robin a chance to see and be with her babies. There is nothing in this world that we want more than to grant Robin's greatest wish, but a trip like that will be expensive all around.

Please, help us alleviate some of the weight off of Robin's shoulders. Please, help us get her together with her dearest people. Help us give a most amazing wife, mother, sister and grandma the best chance of fighting this beast by removing some of that unneeded stress and heartache.
