Hi, my name is Tristesse, and I am raising money to support my brother Robert's recovery from a mountain bike accident on August 3rd, 2023, in the Cowichan Valley. Robert broke his neck in three places and bruised an artery. His recovery will take at least six months and requires physio, rest, and limited movement. We hope to raise funds to cover the costs of living expenses, physio, and transportation. Robert lives and works in Germany but wants to stay here while he convalesces around his extended family. Our family gives heart felt thanks to the Crofton and Maple Bay Volunteer fire department for their amazing rescue of Robert.
