Help Repatriate Samuel to Ghana
Donation protected
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear colleague and friend, Samuel, who tragically died in his sleep here in the UK.
Samuel came from Ghana to serve as a nurse at the Southend University hospital, dedicating his life to caring for others and bringing comfort to those in need. His kindness, smile, hard work, and warm spirit touched everyone who knew him. His untimely passing has left his family, friends, and colleagues heartbroken.
In line with his family’s wishes and cultural traditions, we are raising funds to repatriate Samuel’s body back to Ghana so that he may be laid to rest in his homeland. The costs of repatriation and funeral arrangements are significant, and we hope to support his grieving family during this difficult time.
We are appealing to everyone who knew Samuel, as well as those moved by his story, to kindly donate what you can. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help us bring Samuel home and honour him with the dignity he deserves.
Please also help by sharing this fundraiser widely.
On behalf of Samuel’s family and colleagues, we thank you deeply for your compassion and generosity.
