Help Pluto Overcome His Seizures

My name is Jaylin and to anyone who is reading this, if you're able to.. please help Pluto. He's only 1 year old and suffers from Grand Mal Seizures, where he shakes violently and uncontrollably, often hurting himself during these seizures by involuntarily launching himself into objects, and can have up to 6 of these seizures in a single day. I'm only 18yrs old and I work for a low rate at a fast food restaurant where I only receive 10-15hrs a week which only enables me to have enough to buy groceries and pet food / litter for my cats. And yes cats plural, he has a sister named Ruu and if he doesn't get medical help he could really die and I don't know how well Ruu would handle the loss considering they grew up together since they were babies. To get him tested and scans our veterinarian said it would be around 800-1'000$ but treatment could run us up to 6-8'000$ if he has to get surgery. Please, I know the economy in the U.S is terrible right now but if you can even spare a single dollar it adds up, and I really don't want to get him euthanized if he continues to suffer.
