Help pay Scott's unbelievable utility bill

My name is Scott Willoughby and I live in Royse City, TX 75189. Some of you may have seen my interview with NBC 5 yesterday.

When this aired, my bill was just short of $14,000 but today I got the final bill.
For 7 days of the Texas freeze, I got a utility bill of $16,752.68 and my brother's is over $9,000. We are both retired veterans on fixed incomes and this has wiped us out.
Mine went on my credit card and once paid, will almost wipe out my savings and my brothers came straight out of his bank account causing an overdraft.
