Help Pay For Baby Dillon’s Funeral

This Gofundme plea is coming from an extremely devastated and heartbroken friend of the family. As a parent, you think your children would outlive you, that’s what we’ve always believed. On December 3, 2021, that belief became our worst nightmare. Baby Dillon passed away on December 3rd at 3:56AM. Every parents worst nightmare is to find your 10 month old baby non responsive in their crib in the middle of the night. As parents, you do all you’ve learned to assist your baby, doing CPR and calling 911 to try to get your baby’s heart beating again. The paramedics and doctors at the hospital tried so hard for over an hour and did everything they were trained to do, even giving him muliple rounds of Life saving medicines. In the end GOD had a different plan for baby Dillon. The reality set in that my precious baby Dillion couldn’t be brought back to life but had gained his heavenly wings.

You see, Baby Dillon has been fighting since birth. He had multiple medical complications due to a traumatic brain injury he suffered during birth. The brain injury, affected multiple parts of his body, several organs, blood pressure, immune system, temperature regulation and caused him to have seizures. Though he had those difficulties, we were believing he would be better. He was recently in the hospital for 6 weeks and from what we thought he was doing better. Baby Dillion passed away 6 days after being discharged. You see he had fought so hard and we had prayed he would get stronger and be home with his family for the holidays. As we said God had a different plan.

This is where you can help. The family did not think or were prepared for something like this to happen. His family needs your help to give baby Dillion the appropriate burial fitting of the fighter he was. Though he was just a baby he fought up to his last breath. We are not asking for a lot but anything that you can afford.

With the emotions of losing a baby, the family needs you as they prepare to celebrate the life and impact baby Dillion had on others.
