Help Paul Troy Guisande III Heal and Recover

Hello my name is Paul Troy Guisande III. I was driving back from Jackson Hole Wyoming to swan valley where I have been working in construction. I had a head on collision with the Elk and it totaled my car. Woke up in the hospital and now recovering from head trauma. I’m financially unstable right now and unable to work while I’m healing.
