Hunter Nation member and retired Wisconsin DNR Game Warden, Pat Quaintance, is currently facing legal challenges after dispatching a nuisance wolf that repeatedly approached his residence.

Prior to this incident, Pat exhausted all non-lethal methods to deter the wolf, including contacting Wildlife Services and providing photo evidence to the Wisconsin DNR on multiple occasions. This self-reported incident, which has been ongoing since December 2023, has resulted in substantial legal fees and penalties for Pat.

Pat has been a lifelong advocate for Wisconsin sportsmen and women, and he is a dedicated member of many outdoor organizations, always supporting the outdoor community.
