As the head coach of our high school’s varsity boys volleyball team, I’ve had the privilege of working with an incredible group of 12 players. These young athletes are fast learners who show up to every two-hour practice ready to work hard and support each other. Their dedication and team spirit are truly inspiring, and they always give their best on and off the court.

Unfortunately, our team is facing a big challenge: we don’t have proper volleyball jerseys. Right now, the boys are playing in old t-shirts without numbers, which means they aren’t able to meet the requirements for official games. Having legal jerseys with numbers on the front and back isn’t just about following the rules—it’s about giving these players the chance to feel like a real team, represent our school with pride, and compete in matches that matter to them.
