Hey everyone,
I’m reaching out for support for my dog, Ollie. Recently, a playful day turned into a nightmare when Ollie accidentally tripped over a rope he was tied to, resulting in a severe injury. His tricep was torn from the bone in his front leg, causing him immense pain and hindering his mobility. He can’t do any of his favorite activities anymore, like playing with the hose in the backyard, playing fetch, or running around the yard. Even simple things like going up and down the stairs or walking are extremely hard for him.
Our vet has given us hope: Ollie's injury is treatable with surgery or amputation. However, the cost for either one is substantial, and beyond our current means.
