I was recently terminated wrongly from a job that I loved. While I am working on reversing the decision, I am now  worried and distressed about how I am going to move to my next destination. 

I came to the conclusion with my flatmates and therapist that living here is not good for my mental health. I have run into issues with rampant transphobia not just at work but in the general public, typically being misgendered or called slurs while correcting someone of my pronouns. While I love my flatmates, the noise at home has also reached a point I can no longer tolerate in the longer term as I live with 4 other humans and 5 animals in a small house. I live in a VERY red state which has contributed to my mental health issues by forcing me to constantly confront the people that feel I deserve to be harassed, called slurs, harangued that my true gender is the one on my birth certificate. To top this off, the area itself is dangerous: we have had 4 neighbors die of gun related violence only down the street from us. I have a place to go but I can't afford to get there sooner without help. These issues together are what put me in a poor mental state and allowed ideations to grow in my head.

I asked for help in my last move because my situation was just as dire. I believe $2500 would cover the hotel rooms, food, rental car and leave me with enough cushion to safely arrive at my next destination. Portions of any donations will also go to helping me pay for my medications needed to medically transition including my hormones, towards changing my legal name to the name I've chosen and changing my gender marker on my driver's license.

If you can donate even 1 dollar, it brings me that much closer to my next destination. Everyone who checked on me or supported me while I was on an internet hiatus meant so much; the hope that people actually cared helped me wake up again every day.

I know I can come off like a shitposting clown most times, but I am a very small, vulnerable and struggling human like many others.
