Clover See Vang was born on December 8th, 2025 to Nathan and Tonya Vang. However, just hours after being born, Clover was admitted into the NICU. It was first assumed that she may have a blood disorder or infant leukemia, as she was displaying symptoms of anemia and bleeding. It was urgently decided that Clover would need to be transported via helicopter to the Arkansas state hospital for further testing with doctors who specialized in blood disorders. As Clover spent her first few days in the NICU, it was still unclear as to why her blood count was low. However, it was reassuring that she showed no signs of organ damage, brain damage or diabetes. For the next few weeks, Clover began to slowly improve. She started eating on her own, her blood count was increasing and stabilizing, and her bruising was healing. Genetic testing still had no findings or abnormalities but on December 24th, with the improvement she showed, Clover was discharged from the NICU and was finally able to go home with her mom and dad. It was the Christmas miracle we'd all hoped for! She is the sweetest girl and we couldn't be more grateful to have her home and healthy.
We are now kindly asking for financial donations to help Nathan and Tonya with the extensive hospital bills. Any amount is greatly appreciated!
