Help Nadine Access Vital Cancer Treatments

First and foremost, thank you for supporting me on this journey. It's been a tough road, but your encouragement has meant the world to me.

This spring, shortly after I turned 40, I started experiencing some concerning health issues. After a series of doctor visits, exams, colonoscopies, and blood tests, I received news that no one wants to hear: I have a 2-inch, partially blocking tumor. The diagnosis? Stage 3c upper rectal cancer. Not exactly the birthday gift I was hoping for, right?

Upon discovering the tumor, we immediately began researching all possible avenues to prepare for treatment. My primary goal is to shrink the tumor as much as possible before surgery to minimize the amount of tissue that needs to be removed. My incredible team of doctors here on Maui, along with my surgeon on Oahu, are dedicated to helping me reach a cure.

In addition to the conventional chemo and radiation treatments, I’ve found several supplemental therapies that have shown promising results in supporting the body through this intense process. Unfortunately, these therapies—like high-dose vitamin C IV and Ozone therapy, acupuncture, and organic vegetable juicing—aren’t covered by insurance. These out-of-pocket expenses are necessary to support my body and spirit through this journey, and that's where I could use your help.
