Help Our Son Bryant — A Devoted Father, Coach, Brother, Friend and Fighter
Hi, I’m Maggie Moran, and I never imagined I’d be writing something like this.
I’m a mom. That’s my whole heart. And right now, my heart is hurting for my son, Bryant.
Bryant is my oldest of three children. He’s a father to four beautiful boys. Jase (15), Tatum (5), Nash (3) and Hayes (1). He’s a partner to Brooke, who has stood by him with grace and strength. He’s also a mentor — a coach who’s shown up for kids who didn’t always have someone in their corner.
He’s one of the most hardworking, humble, and big-hearted people I know. And now, he’s facing the fight of his life.
Bryant was recently diagnosed with Stage 3C nodular melanoma — a very aggressive and quick spreading form of skin cancer that’s already spread to his lymph nodes in his arm and chest. The doctors are still running tests to see if the spread to his chest is in fact cancerous, and we’re preparing ourselves for the likelihood that he is in stage 4.
It’s terrifying. But if anyone has the strength to face this, it’s Bryant.
He’s never been a quitter. Not once.
Bryant has always been the rock for his family. He carries the weight of the world on his shoulders to show up for his family in every way possible. He works tirelessly to provide for his kids and make sure they have what they need. But this diagnosis has changed his ability to do so.
The appointments have already been and will continue to be constant, and will grow to be more invasive and exhausting with each step. Both mentally & physically be is unable to keep working the way he used to during this time.
He would never ask for help himself. That’s just not who he is.
So I’m asking for him — as his mother, as someone who loves him more than life.
We’re raising funds to help Bryant and his family get through this incredibly hard chapter. Your support will go toward:
• Life-saving cancer treatments, tests, and surgery
• Travel to and from medical specialists
• Day-to-day living expenses while he’s unable to work
• Supporting Brooke and the kids while they focus on healing, not survival
Even the smallest donation — or just sharing this page — makes a real difference.
Bryant is a fighter. He’s showing up for every scan, every test, every hard day. And we’re showing up for him, with love and faith and all the hope we can carry.
If you’re reading this, thank you. For caring, for continued prayers, and for standing with us.
With all my heart,
Maggie & The Moran Family
