Help my sister Hilda

Hilda is one of my six sisters, she has been dealing with skin cancer for a while now, she is a really hard worker and no matter how sick she feels she is always working on so many kind of house decorations and curtains, baking and selling whatever she can to pay all her bills for her treatment, but there is sometimes when she can't but she never give up.
She just started a radiation therapy and the cost of the pain meds or antibiotics are so expensive, transportation and food while she waits in the long lines in the hospitals in Costa Rica you don't get the luxury we get in US.
Please help her at least for the medicine. Every dollar count.
