Thank you so much to everyone who has donated, prayed, and shared. We were able to raise $735 in just a few hours, and that support has meant everything to us during this incredibly hard time.

Unfortunately, after looking into the legal requirements and considering serious safety concerns, unfortunately my mom will no longer be able to travel to Angola for her mother’s funeral. This has been a heartbreaking decision, especially because she wanted nothing more than to be there and say goodbye in person.

Because she can't go, we’re doing everything we can to support from here. We've adjusted the goal to $1,000 to help cover her hospital bills and to contribute toward the funeral expenses in Angola. This way, she can still honor her mother from afar and support her siblings who are handling everything on the ground.
