Help My Mom, Stephanie Tejada Murillo, Get to Mayo Clinic

Hi, my name is Gabrielle Murillo, and I’m reaching out with a heavy but hopeful heart to ask for your support in helping my beautiful mother, Stephanie Tejada Murillo, get to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for a critical liver transplant evaluation.

My mom has been courageously battling advanced liver disease, and now her doctors believe a liver transplant is her best and only hope for a second chance at life. After months of waiting and prayer, she’s been accepted for evaluation at the world-renowned Mayo Clinic—a true blessing and answer to prayer.

But we cannot do this on our own.

Why We’re Asking for Help

The evaluation process requires us to travel from out of state, stay near the clinic for an extended period, and cover many medical and living expenses that insurance simply doesn’t touch. These include:

Travel costs to and from Rochester, MN

Temporary lodging for my mom and a caregiver

Food, transportation, and daily needs while there

Medical expenses not fully covered by insurance

This journey is emotionally and spiritually overwhelming, but we are holding on to faith. Every donation, no matter the amount, is a step closer to giving my mom a future. A future to keep being the kind, giving, and faith-filled woman she has always been.

About My Mom

My mom, Stephanie, is the heart of our family. She’s strong, nurturing, full of love, and always the first to pray with or for anyone in need. Even in her illness, she never stops encouraging others and trusting God’s plan.

Now, she needs a community to rally behind her the way she has always stood by others.
