My name is Nathalie Pitoy and I'm reaching out with heavy heart.

This morning in my hometown in Philippines, Barangay Mantic, Tangub City. My Auntie, Uncle and Cousin recently lost their home in a devasting fire. While we are so grateful that they made it out safely, their house - a place that holds many memories and sacrifices is almost completely gone.

This house was not just four walls and a roof. It was built with the results of many years of hard work, saving up every peso they've earned. Which in the Philippines, it is so difficult to do as wages are incredibly so low and opportunities are limited. I know that my auntie, Nanay Mandy, and my uncle, Tatay Jun and both my cousins, Ate Jai jai and Lai Lai have put their hearts into creating a loving place to call their home. Every brick, paints, nails was paid for through long hours of work and sacrifices.

They are now left without the basic things we take for granted, clothing, furniture, food. Rebuilding will take time and resources they simply do not have at the moment.

Since I am based in Ireland. I've set up this GoFundMe on their behalf. All donation will be withdrawn her in Ireland and then transferred directly to my family in the Philippines to cover urgent needs such as:
