Help my brother become a man

My brother (ftm) wants top surgery. He's autistic and he's in assisted living, meaning he only has a certain amount of money each month and can't get enough money for the surgery by himself. I'm getting married next year in May, and I really want him to look back at the pictures and be happy about himself as well. So my dream is to help him before I get married but I can't fund it on my own for him.

So can you please help him to finally be happier about himself?
