Help Munsu Han Pay His Medical Bills

Hello to all fellow strangers and peers,

This is for my friend, who is Munsu Han, a 34-year-old Korean American who has been living in America ever since he was a child. He has spent his entire life working extra hard trying to adjust to the American lifestyle and to try and establish himself as a valued member of the community around him.

Munsu has always been a friend to those around him. Even though he had his daily demons and struggles, he would always put on a happy face and bring a positive attitude to anybody that he would meet. He was always an appreciated soul, and it was always a pleasure to have him around.

Recently, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach cancer and is now fighting for his life in the hospital. He is receiving treatment and is clinging to his life day by day. The thing that we want the most as his friend is swift and full recovery, but when thinking realistically, that isn’t as easy as it sounds. On behalf of our fellow friend, we ask if there is anything that could be donated to help aid in his treatment costs, that would mean so much to him and us. If enough people are generous enough to provide a helping hand, it would make the dream of keeping Munsu here with us a much more attainable goal.

위암말기로 투병하는 친구 한문수에게 많은 사람들의 도움이 필요합니다.

오랜시간 곁에서 지켜봐온 친구로써 힘이 되어주기 위해 글을 적습니다.

서른넷이라는 젊은 나이에 위암말기 판정을 받고 항암치료로 하루하루를 힘겹게 견디고 있습니다.

미국이라는 나라에 어린나이에 이민와서 낯선 생활에 적응하며 힘들게 살아왔는데 어느정도 자리를 잡았나 싶은 이시기에 이런 힘든일이 닥쳐왔네요.

하루하루를 열심히 살기위해 많은 노력을 한 친구입니다.

오랫동안 함께했던 동료이기에 너무나 안타깝고 빠른 완치를 희망하지만 그 결과를 얻기가 절대 쉽지 않을 것이라는 것을 잘 알기에 이렇게 도움을 요청합니다.

결코 이겨내기 쉽지 않은 병마와 싸워 나가야 할 친구가 포기하지 않고 용기낼 수 있도록 많은 분들의 위로와 격려 부탁드립니다.
