Help Mio's Urgent Repairs For Healthier Living

Hi! I'm Mio

My partner and I are currently living in a house that is in urgent need of repairs. We were offered to live in the house for low rent on the promise that it was in good condition. However, it is currently in an unlivable state. Most urgently: we have no running water at all (we cannot use the toilet) and the kitchen floor is completely warped, as shown in the images. To make things worse, I am chronically ill and have several allergies which means I am currently using my inhaler 5 times a day and I can't cook my own meals which is critical due to my extreme dietary restrictions. We have nowhere else to go that is within our very limited budget and our lease to our previous apartment has expired. While we are attempting to remove miscellanea, junk, old food left by the previous occupant, below are the pressing issues that these funds will go towards fixing.

Here is a list of repairs that need doing:

-Plumbing: The pipes are burst from frost damage. The toilets and sinks do not work at all.

-HVAC unit: Not working.

-Floor: The floor of the kitchen is warped from water damage.

-Ceiling: The paint one the ceiling is peeling, suspected mold damage.

-Upstairs: Windows stained with mold.

-Wasps
