Help Mighty Reach His New Home

Transport for Mighty

Mighty is an incredible little yorkie mix. I brought him into my home on 11-18 with my 2 shorthairs, and it's sadly not working out. I found him a fantastic new home, but I have to take him to Toledo, Ohio. Due to a bite incident, he has to do a 10 day quarantine, and he can't stay at my home until the quarantine is over, due to safety concerns for him, my 2 shorthairs, myself, and most importantly, my 3yo grandson. He's at the humane society right now, "doing his time". On 1-18, I'll be picking him up from the humane society, and starting my trip to take him to his new life.

I'm seeking help with funds for the road trip. The new mom and I are willing to eat the expenses, but if we don't have to eat it all, we'd surely love some help. Total costs are below:

gas estimate - 210

road food (22 1/2 hours in the car) - 50

missed shift at work - 124

humane society fees - 160

total - 545

Any amount raised in excess of the goal will go to me, the original mom, to recoup his adoption cost, which is a long story in itself. He was a bait and switch who ended up costing twice as much as I originally planned, and I still owe my son for him.
