I wanted to take a moment to share an update and express my deepest gratitude for your incredible generosity and support.

As many of you know, Michael passed away on December 21st 2025. During his illness, your support through GoFundMe was invaluable in covering his hospice nursing care, the hospice facility expenses, and his funeral arrangements.

We held a funeral mass on January 15th, 2026 in Loma Linda, California and as Michael wished, we will be having his burial at sea on February 28th, 2026 in Galveston, Texas. Before that, we will spend a few days bringing his ashes to his home in Houston, as he had requested.

Your kindness and support have brought immense comfort to our family during this difficult time, and we are profoundly grateful for each and every one of you.
