My best friend and her family suffered a house fire a few days ago, and while they were fortunate enough to have it contained before it spread throughout their entire home, the smoke damage and fire debris have left most of their belongings destroyed and their home uninhabitable for an extended period of time.

Michael and Erica consistently give back to their community through volunteering, fundraising, and donations. They go above and beyond for anyone who knows them, as well as complete strangers. They are devoted parents to 3 wonderful children, as well as their dog, 3 chickens, and a turkey.

When my family had a fire 5 years ago, this amazing woman worked tirelessly, around the clock, to gather the items and raise the funds we desperately needed to survive the nightmare we were living, and now I'd like to do the same for her.

Moving their family into temporary housing and replacing their belongings is a financial stress they are now forced to navigate and one not many people would be prepared for.
