Hello everyone, my sweet baby girl Mia has unfortunately completely torn her ACL in her right leg. She is 9 years old, and has been my baby since I was 16. She’s grown up alongside me, been there for me through every stage of my life, and loved me unconditionally in a way only a dog can. Seeing her now breaks my heart in ways I never imagined. She can’t run around anymore, she can’t play, and she struggles just to get up. The other dogs in our house don’t understand why she can’t play with them or why she stays behind, and watching her look at them with those sad, confused eyes is devastating. All I want is for Mia to feel better and be happy again. She deserves to enjoy her life, to move without pain, and to feel like herself.

The surgery she needs is very expensive, and while I wish more than anything that I could just pay it without hesitation, it’s simply more than I can afford on my own. I’m doing everything I can think of to raise the money for her because giving up is not an option when it comes to her. Every single donation will go strictly toward Mia’s medical care.
