Hi my name is Jonothon Lyons. I'm the creator of the viral street performance character Buddy the Rat. While I've garnered millions of followers and billions of views across social media over the last two years I have not had success with monetizing the attention my artwork has gained. I provide a free public performance and don't even receive tips like a normal street performer would. The platforms have not offered a fair distribution of ad revenue for the content I've provided and brand sponsorship have been hard to come by. I'm asking for direct financial support from the community that follows me and appreciates the hard work I've put into this project over the last two years.
