I’ve always been a momma’s boy. My mom has been my biggest supporter my entire life — the person who taught me about God, love, humility, forgiveness, and how to treat others with kindness. No matter what I was facing, she was always there to guide me, encourage me, and remind me who I am.

Right now, my mom is battling liver cirrhosis and she is about to transition to palliative care. She does not have insurance that covers a liver transplant, and her time with us is running out. I currently live in Idaho, while my mom is in Texas. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the travel costs to get to her, and the thought of not being able to be with her during this time breaks my heart. Being able to sit with her, support her, and say goodbye would mean everything to me.

The funds raised will go toward travel expenses to Texas and helping cover some bills at home while I’m away, so I can focus fully on being with my mom during her final days.
