I'm sorry to have to do this, but I really need some help. I don't know how many of you actually follow me or have seen what I've been going through; I can't do this on my own anymore. I finally had just gotten back on my feet for the most part, financially, and then had to have emergency surgery, followed by a 5 1/2 day hospital stay. My current employer won't take me back (understandably so) until I am cleared for full-time labor-intensive work, which could potentially be months from now. During my time of unemployment, I was served eviction paperwork and multiple shut-off notices for my utilities. I have reached out to state-funded rental assistance and basic needs programs; however, there is limited availability for support due to so many people struggling at the moment, and my landlord is neglecting to fill out his portion of the paperwork to receive the funding to support back rent. Including May 2025 rent, I currently owe $5,200.00. Any and all money raised will be put towards my housing and utilities. I don't really know if I stand a chance by reaching out, but I've exhausted all other options, other than this. I would appreciate any help during this extremely trying time, and a huge thank you to all who have helped before it had to come to this. I am flabbergasted by the reality of where my life has gone, and please, if anyone here can find it in their heart to help me, I will never forget you and do my best to pay you back when I bounce back. I didn't see any of this coming, but who really does? I rarely ask for help, but I am desperately pleading for someone, anyone, to save me. Thank you in advance and godspeed to you all.
