I’ve been diagnosed with “Lymphoma MYCOSIS FUNGOIDES “. This disease has caused open skin infections that prevent me from maintaining a quality productive life. Due to the opening of my skin, I have infections throughout my body. The disease is running its course. I’m now disabled and unable to continue to work.

I’ve applied for short term disability, however, it just a small percentage of my regular pay. I need help to sustain quality living with everyday needs: medical expenses, rent, food, and care.
