Hi, my name is Aris and my son is Matthew Hall. He was an educator for 10 years until he could barley function anymore because of an incurable and very painful disease known as Trigeminal Neuralgia. He was granted both short-term and long-term disability through his policies at his place of employment which have now ended. He would go on to lose his position as a teacher due to his health problems. A description of this painful disease is listed in the photos that have been included in this post. Additionally with T.N., my son has suffered with dental pain from a very early age from having sensitive teeth along with a condition known as Chronic Bruxism (Constant Grinding Of One's Teeth). Needless to say, my son would go on to lose all of his teeth due to these dental problems and the constant grinding. Over time my son started to have balance issues and has had many falls and head injuries as a result. One fall was so bad that it left him forced to have tenosynovectomy surgery on his left wrist/arm on June 15, 2022. Panic attacks, depression, insomnia, and other psychiatric problems have only plagued and progressed as my son has had to battle with all of these medical conditions. On July 1, 2023, my son had a terrible Trigeminal Neuralgia attack while driving which caused him to blackout and have a very terrible wreck. He suffered chemical burns to his face from the air-bags that deployed and most certainly assisted in saving his life. His left ankle was crushed and both bones in his legs were broken as a result of this accident. He suffered vertebrae fractures in the low cervical nerves, which are fractures in the C5, C6, and C7 vertebrae of the spinal cord. One of these fractures have left a bone "floating" in and around the C7 location of the spine. Of course with this accident came whiplash with internal injuries and bruising. My son suffered through 3 different leg surgeries within 1 month with instructions not to put any pressure on this ankle/leg for at least 12 weeks. After this period, my son will have to learn to walk again with months of therapy. In regards to the fractures in his neck, there are still many questions left unanswered and it remains to be seen if surgery will be necessary at a later date or in the future. I am thankful to God that he has seen my son through all of this and I pray that he will continue to recover. Any funds donated for his cause will be used for his care, recovery, and living expenses. Any donations would be important and vital as it is now questionable if my son will be able to recover to a normal life. Thank you all for taking the time to read this and God bless all of you.
