On Wednesday June 27th, Lisa took her husband Mark to the doctor with what they thought was a pulled muscle in his back. Later that day, we found out that Mark has liver cancer that has matastacized to his lungs, adrenal gland, up the main vein that runs from the abdomen to the chest, and is on his heart. Once it enters his heart (which could happen at any moment), he will pass away within 60 seconds. Mark does not have much time left, and unfortunately he also does not have insurance and does not qualify for state medical. We are trying to raise money so Mark can go to a nursing home where he can receive the care and pain management he needs through this tough time. If you can help with ANYTHING at all, it would be greatly appreciated! Mark and Lisa both give so much to others, it would be great if we could put this together for him.
