Help Lenny Zieff Get the Care He Needs

Lenny Zieff, florist and orchid grower extraordinaire needs our help.

Lenny’s health has taken a significant downturn with a recent diagnosis of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. This is along with his other recent diagnosis of congestive heart failure and compromised lung functions despite his recent lung surgery. Due to his conditions, Lenny can no longer work, can no longer live in his home, and needs to be where the help and medical care he needs is available round the clock. At this point it is not known whether Lenny will even be able to return to Assisted Living or will need Skilled Nursing Care once he is released from the hospital and then regains some strength in rehab.

The costs associated with both skilled nursing and assisted living are astronomical. Along with that, it is possible Lenny may need some level of additional private nursing care to help him get the very best, personalized care, given his serious cancer diagnosis. Lenny dedicated his life to serving his community as the owner of Victor’s Florist in South Orange, NJ for over 50 years. He’s also been an avid member of the New Jersey Orchid Society, sharing his passion for plants and flowers with everyone around him. Lenny’s hard work, and love for his craft have left a lasting impact on so many. But, that did not allow him to build the savings needed for this type of care. He needs our help.
