Help Laura Propel Wellness Living and Positivity

Hi and thank you for stopping by. I am in the business of helping people live a healthier life. As a wellness coach, I will help clients with stress, obesity, life balance, low energy, poor fitness, lack of positive emotions, or medical conditions.

The name of my business is The Wellness Path With Laura. I will be providing services to support the well-being and health of my clients through coaching and fitness classes. The National Academy of Sports Medicine describes wellness coaching as “guiding clients towards a healthier lifestyle through better nutrition, movement, sleep, stress reduction,” with positive psychology interventions.

Overall, my aim is to support the individual’s journey to wellness. The offered services are practices that have allowed me to connect to myself and bring soundness to my life. It's my sincere desire to share those practices with individuals who seek them as they too, embark or continue on their healing path and quest to a more fulfilled life adventure. My business, at its core, is about improving our society and the world. I believe the more we as a society can focus on our individual wellbeing, the more we can collectively lean towards a more loving world.
