Help Laura and her family fight breast cancer

Laura, of Laura & Pancho Painting, a local family-owned painting company, was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer last year. This happened only a month after they had adopted a baby who was left on their doorstep at two weeks old. Laura does not have health insurance. Between chemotherapy treatments and upcoming surgery, the bills are piling up. Please help with what you can. Here is Laura's story in her own words:

My name is Laura. I had four kids up till march 12th 2021. Then it became 5 kids. As we (me & my husband Pancho) went to become foster to this baby girl. She was left at our doorstep around 6:30am on march 12th 2021. Mom was a drug addict. We got the chance to foster her for a couple months that is when we fell in love with this beautiful baby girl named Grace. On April 30th it was a Friday I will never forget we got the call from a social worker to meet them at the court house. Grace's mom was arrested for abandoning a baby at my house and we had the opportunity to adopt this little beauty. Not too long after, in may 2021 I (laura) was told I had stage 2 breast cancer. Then my life went downhill as I have no insurance. We seem to keep going good with the faith of God and help from people who need us to paint there houses (Laura & Pancho’s Painting LLC), but with what we make we are struggling. Surgery will be at the end of February 2022. I was blessed with a baby but also got cancer thrown at me. But I continue to work and tend to my babies. It’s hard but I have to as I don’t really have any family close by us.
