Hi, my name is Lamiaa, and asking for help like this is incredibly difficult for me. I am a recently divorced single mother of three beautiful children, and I am facing one of the hardest moments of my life.

Over the past year, everything changed. I lost my business, which was my only source of income, and suddenly found myself struggling to keep up with a mortgage, HOA fees, and a car payment with no steady income. On top of this, my children’s father is not paying child support and has refused to help financially, leaving me fully responsible for providing for my children on my own.

I am actively looking for work and truly want nothing more than to regain stability for my family. However, I am also dealing with a medical diagnosis involving a serious shoulder injury, which limits the types of jobs I am physically able to do right now. Despite this setback, I continue to search for work within my abilities and refuse to give up.

Urgent Need

I have already received a foreclosure warning, and time is not on our side. If the required payments are not made soon, my children and I could lose our home. This is not just a house—it is the only place my kids feel safe, stable, and secure during an already painful transition in their lives.

If we lose this home, we have nowhere else to go. Every day matters, and every contribution brings us closer to keeping a roof over my children’s heads. I am doing everything I can, but I cannot stop this alone.

اسمي لمياء، وطلب المساعدة مش سهل عليّ خالص. أنا أم مطلّقة وعندي 3 أولاد، وبمرّ بواحدة من أصعب فترات حياتي، وكل اللي بطلبه إني أحافظ على بيت ولادي.

خلال السنة اللي فاتت حياتي اتقلبت تمامًا. خسرت مشروعي اللي كان مصدر دخلي الوحيد، وبقيت فجأة مسؤولة عن أقساط البيت، مصاريف الـ HOA، وقسط العربية من غير أي دخل ثابت. كمان والد الأولاد مش بيدفع نفقة ومش راضي يساعد ماديًا، فبقيت لوحدي شايلة كل المسؤولية.

أنا فعلًا بدوّر على شغل وبعمل كل اللي أقدر عليه عشان أقف على رجلي تاني، لكن للأسف عندي إصابة وتشخيص طبي في كتفي مخلّيني غير قادرة أشتغل شغلانات كتير بتحتاج مجهود بدني. ورغم كده، ما استسلمتش ولسه بحاول ألاقي شغل يناسب ظروفي.

الوضع عاجل جدًا

وصلني إنذار بالحجز على البيت، والوقت مش في صالحنا. لو المبالغ المطلوبة ما اتدفعتش قريب، أنا وولادي ممكن نفقد بيتنا. البيت ده مش مجرد أربع حيطان، ده الأمان والاستقرار الوحيد اللي ولادي عايشين فيه بعد الطلاق وكل اللي مرّوا بيه.

لو البيت اتاخد مننا، ما عندناش مكان تاني نروحله. كل يوم بيفرق، وكل مساعدة—even لو بسيطة—ممكن تكون السبب إن ولادي يفضلوا في بيتهم بدل ما نلاقي نفسنا من غير مأوى. أنا بحاول بكل طاقتي، لكن مش قادرة أعدّي الأزمة دي لوحدي.

أنا بطلب مساعدتكم عشان أقدر أسدّد المتأخرات وأمنع الحجز على البيت، لحد ما أقدر أستقر ماديًا وأرجع أعتمد على نفسي تاني. أي تبرع، مهما كان صغير، هيفرق جدًا وهيتحط مباشرة لإنقاذ بيت ولادي.
