Help Lafayette High School Have a Homecoming!

Hello! These last few years have been hard on us all. After many students at Lafayette High School spent all last school year at home, we are finally getting back to normal. A new normal. High School isn’t quite the same as it used to be. This year, we found out that we were not getting a homecoming. This news was devastating to many students, especially the senior class. Not only did the class of 2022 not get homecoming last year, they also did not get to attend their first prom. Hearing that this year would be no different was beyond disappointing. These memories are a major part of the High School experience for all students. Memories we won’t ever be able to have again. That’s when a few seniors decided to take it upon themselves to save homecoming. We have been working hard on trying to see how we can possibly pull this together, looking at all options for venues, catering, music and more. It is going to take a lot of work and help, but we are determined to make this happen. If you would like to help support our goal, it would mean the world to all of us at Lafayette.
