Help Lady Shug Rebuild and Relocate

Hi my relatives. I hardly ask people for stuff myself personally - it's always been my privilege and honor to help others. Lady Shug has afforded me the opportunity to meet so many of you and also gave me a platform to help the forgotten and sometimes the most underrepresented. For that I'm eternally grateful.

It's very difficult me to be vulnerable and ask for assistance. I've been the primary caregiver for an elder in my family for nearly 15 years, and that role has come to an end - this is something that has truly broken my heart mentally and physically. Suddenly, I have to find storage, move my stuff, and find a new location to live - especially stressful with first and last month's rent.

When I was on the road in Canada, another family member took all my drag and personal stuff, put in trash bags, and threw into storage - there was no courtesy. Many stuff was broken or even thrown away - many years of my drag closet and also some mutual aid products that I give out for #shugchallenge

This has been an extreme setback for me - losing the work of being a home health primary care aid has hurt, and although drag is my other main source of income I don't have much work lined up for the rest of the year.

A few of my relatives on social media wanted to help and suggested I start this GoFundMe.
