Hello everyone,

Three years ago, many of you supported me when I was trying to build a manageable beginning in the UK.

That support did much more than cover the cost of a visa application. It allowed me to return to London in 2024, begin building a life here and continue developing my work as an artist, performer and DJ.

Over the past two years, I have worked hard to establish myself in the UK. I have continued my artistic practice as Q-BRA, performed, collaborated and built meaningful relationships within the communities around me. Alongside this work, I have taken on multiple part-time jobs to cover my everyday living expenses.

My Global Talent visa, which I hold under the Exceptional Promise route, expires on 21 October 2026. I now need to apply for a three-year extension.

The mandatory government fees for this application currently total £3,871, including the visa application fee and three years of Immigration Health Surcharge.

This extension is especially important because it would take me to the end of the five-year residence period required before I can apply for permanent settlement in the UK.

My part-time income covers rent, bills, food and transport, but it does not leave room for an immigration cost of almost £4,000. I am therefore turning to my community once again.

Asking for support is not easy, but this application is necessary for me to continue the life, work and future I have spent the past two years building here.

All donations will go directly towards my Global Talent visa extension, the Immigration Health Surcharge and any unavoidable costs connected to the application.
