Rally for Kristy and her Family: Cancer Surgery Support

I am reaching out for a local Estacada mom/grandma that needs some extra support right now. If you have been around girls softball or basketball games in the past 10 or so years, you have probably seen or talked to Kristy. Her high school daughter is a talented athlete and Kristy never misses a game. Always in tow, is her 5-year-old granddaughter whom she is also raising.

Kristy was just diagnosed last month with Grade 3 Ductal Carcinoma. She is scheduled to have surgery on December 10th. She will have to complete radiation treatment postoperatively as well.

She would never ask for help and even when it's offered, she finds it hard to accept. Please consider making a donation or even just sending words of encouragement her way, no gesture is too small. The reason for raising donations for Kristy and her family is to help ease financial stress and allow her to focus on getting through these next few months of surgery, radiation, and recovery-hopefully allowing her to financially take a few days off of work to heal and recover as needed.
