Help Klisman’s Recovery and Future Treatment

English Translation:

Hi everyone, we wanted to share an update on behalf of our brother and his family.

Klisman recently experienced a serious medical emergency involving a brain aneurysm. Doctors were able to successfully stop the bleeding, and he is now stable and recovering in the ICU. While the immediate danger has passed, he will need continued monitoring, recovery time, and follow-up treatment in the weeks ahead.

During his care, doctors identified an underlying condition called an AVM (arteriovenous malformation), which is an abnormal connection of blood vessels in the brain that someone is often born with and may not know they have. Over time, this condition has placed extra pressure on his blood vessels and contributes to complications such as aneurysms, bleeding, seizures, headaches, and changes in neurological function.

He will remain in the ICU for close monitoring and will need future treatment, including planned radiation therapy, to treat the AVM and reduce the risk of future complications, with possible brain surgery to remove the AVM.

This unexpected medical emergency has created emotional and financial strain on his family. Klisman is the main provider for his family in which includes his 4 beautiful children that mean the world to him. As he continues healing, he will be unable to work, and ongoing medical care and daily expenses continue to add up.

We created this GoFundMe to help support Klisman and his family with medical expenses and day-to-day needs during his recovery, allowing them to focus fully on healing and moving forward. Any support would be deeply appreciated, and your thoughts and prayers mean so much to our family.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support and kindness.
